For childcare owners & centre managers

Have childcare places
you want to fill?

A focused childcare marketing and enrolment pilot for Singapore operators. Reach suitable nearby families, make centre visits easier to book and reduce missed parent follow-ups.

VISIBILITY

Help parents understand your offer

Review your website and search presence. Make programme details, age groups, location, visit options and frequently asked questions easier to find.

ENQUIRY CONVERSION

Follow up with care

Map enquiries to the next action. Create useful reply templates, visit reminders and a simple tracker to reduce missed follow-ups.

OPERATIONS

Keep the routine manageable

Agree on clear ownership, reusable messages and a weekly review. Explore automation only where it improves a real task.

Start with the actual vacancy

Which places?
Which families?
Which next step?

Confirm the age group, programme, intended start date and staffed places your centre can offer. An infant-care enquiry cannot fill a K2 place, and a family outside your travel catchment may never visit.

Then review where suitable families find you, what your page tells them and what happens after they enquire. We scope one page and one follow-up workflow around that need.

Track the whole journey: suitable enquiries → visits booked → visits attended → enrolments. Record reply time and admin hours alongside those numbers.

Before we recommend a pilot

We get too few suitable enquiries. Where do we start?

Review local search visibility and the clarity of your programme, location, fee information and visit invitation. First confirm that the available places match the families you want to reach.

Parents enquire but do not enrol. Can you help?

Check response times, visits booked and attended, unanswered questions and follow-up ownership. A small pilot can test that process. Fees, programme fit and local demand also affect the decision.

Does falling birth rate mean every centre needs this?

No. Singapore recorded 29,864 live births in 2025, down 11.4% from 2024. In the data.gov.sg childcare series, 2024 enrolment was 154,173 against 200,847 places: an aggregate ratio of 76.8%. These different-year national figures support investigation, but do not measure current usable vacancies at an individual centre. Enrolment also grew 23.8% from 2019 to 2024.

Proposed paid pilot

A focused 30 days.
A practical decision.

Week 1: Confirm staffed vacancies by age group and start date. Review nearby alternatives, map your enquiry journey and agree on baseline measures.

Week 2: Improve one existing page and prepare replies, reminders and a tracker.

Week 3: Put the process into use, gather staff feedback and adjust.

Week 4: Review enquiry sources, visit bookings, enrolments and admin time.

Search visibility is a longer-term effort. A 30-day pilot can test the process; it cannot establish lasting SEO results.

What would a
better follow-up be worth?

Use your own estimates. “Contribution” means the amount left after the additional costs of serving the child, over the period you choose.

Illustrative calculation, not a forecast. Keep the time period consistent. Capacity limits and implementation costs are not included.
